VADAR’s® Stormwater, Water and Sewer applications are configurable to support multiple billing imports and allows for a myriad of flexible billing methods either for rate based or usage based calculations. The user interfaces are designed to quote balances, answer payment questions, billing inquiries, customer account commenting, and payment plans.
Our Stormwater, Water and Sewer Suites have been developed to flexibly allow for rate based calculations such as discounted senior rates, curb rates, per bag/barrel rates for Trash Billing; and simple rate structures, or true impervious surface area unit-based handling for Stormwater fees. Billing periods are configurable for either annual, quarterly, or monthly collection. Payment methods for annual billers allow taxpayers options for early payment discounts, late payment penalties, or automated installments to split and separately invoice the liabilities.
All applications support flexible interest calculation rates as well as payment imports (lockbox or on-line payment vendors) and invoice exports for external vendor printing.
